How to Define a Constraint

Select a column in the constraint.
A drop down list is made available for fields with more than one available value.

Note: Some fields do not have drop down lists. Values for these can be typed directly in the field.
Either select a value from the drop down list, or type in a value directly.
Go through the entire constraint and set the filter values as needed to refine the spec so it only contains the components needed.
The Count column will represent the number of components included in the spec section.
